Since 1985 Catherine has been building her career around caring for others. Now in collaboration with Grange Hotel, she is able to offer all she provides, from individual sessions to group events. Catherine has a talent of tailor making Wellness Breaks into personal treatment plans, including use of the facilities in the Leisure Suite, (pool, jacuzzi) time for reflection and treatments that best suit your preferences and requirements.
From the latin word ‘fundare - to lay a base for’ - the Prime Wellbeing team can help you to create space for your overall health, considering the seven steps of Wellness through the five principles of Well-being: Stay Connected, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give or as Catherine say: ‘time for ourselves is an act of loving kindness for harmonious community living’
