Being healthy is the harmonious balance of physical, mental and social well-being,
not merely the absence of disease

Why Wellness…

Wellness is the integration of growth and balance in our lives, including career, environment, emotional, intellectual, physical, social and spiritual.   Well-being is the way we actively choose to be well:  being well.
