Reflexology – carried out on the feet this treatment is a whole body experience – points on the feet correspond to areas of the body – very relaxing, deeply healing, helping the body back to balance
Body Massage – carried out on a couch using oils on skin to sooth or stimulate – repair or refresh – design your session on the day in consultation with your practitioner for the ultimate tailored touch
Holistic Facials – A unique and bespoke experience which can include: Cleanse, Tone and Massage including Hot Towel application – Indian head massage movements, neck and shoulder massage, guided relaxation and reiki, available for non bearded clients too – design your perfect session, choose on the day which products you would like
Seated Massage
Carried out clothed (or unclothed with oils) in a seated position, either in a supportive chair or seated massage chair

Adapted to personal choice, to include head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands massage as you would like to receive
Reiki – Energy Healing – Renewing Your Life Force

Clothed treatment carried out in a lying position on a massage couch, allowing you to gently drift into a state of serenity and blissful relaxation.

Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Reiki is a type of energy healing. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain
Indian Head Massage – clothed treatment carried out in a supportive chair with pillows, on a seated massage chair or can be adapted to on the couch. Preference to use oils with shoulders unclothed to give a deeper effect.

Massage movements applied to the Head, Neck and Shoulders to ease out muscular tension and encourage a calming effect on the mind and emotions.

Head massage has been practiced for over a thousand years and is still a popular and rejuvenating treatment
