End of The Road Festival is an independent festival curated by musical obsessives that has developed over the years into one of the most highly regarded boutique festivals in the UK. Catherine at Prime Wellbeing has been supporting this event since it’s inception, heading up a team of professional practitioners and we can’t wait to return to Larmer Tree Gardens this September.

* Appointments are available to everyone and we have female and male practitioners

* Bookings from Friday through to Sunday, we advise booking early to avoid disappointment

* If you rock up Sunday morning without being pre booked you may well be disappointed.

* We take pre bookings over the weekend and ask for pre-payment to secure your time

* And if you don’t fancy a treatment, come enjoy the space and for a chat at Reception.

Chi Nei Tsang (improves flow of energy into the abdomen , releasing  tension/ enhances immune response)

Deep Tissue Sports Massage (deep form of soft tissue mobilisation)

Deep Tissue Holistic Massage (focuses on deeper layers of muscles and fascia)

Holistic Massage (nurturing touch involving the whole person)

Hot Stone Therapy (sublime heat to release muscular aches and pains)

Gua Sha (therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation)

 Indian Head Massage (massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders)

Myofascial Therapy (gentle touch to release pain, mobilise joints and stretch the body)

Reflexology (application of pressure to specific points on the feet)

Reiki (Universal Life Energy – non touch therapy)

Remedial Massage (complementary therapy to treat muscular disorders)

Shiatsu (Japanese bodywork applying manipulatin to pressure points)

Soft tissue Therapy (manipulation and rehabilitation for muscular release)

Sports Massage treatment (deep form of soft tissue mobilisation)

Thai Massage (gentle pressure and stretching techniques to relax the whole body)

Taping and Strapping (to stabilise an injured or painful joint)
