End of the Road Healing Garden

The team has changed since we started building the team for this year, some happy reasons, some sad, and some definitely bitter sweet. Where one of our 'regulars' is unable to join we welcome someone new. Since 2005 we have set up shop in and amongst the green scapes at Larmer Tree Gardens, and for our 14th year we're bringing together 20 practitioners to ease you into a beautiful weekend.

Cat and Colette, our dream team Reception Crew, will be offering some sessions this year, Facials and Reflexology and with the years of experience between them, you'll definately be in safe hands.

Cat will also be holding sessions for Quiet Contemplation - Mindfulness - Sitting still with a few other people... whatever you want to call it and it'll happen in between set changes on the Garden Stage when it's more conducive to hearing the introduction and instructions of this 'How To' session. Some other practitioners may also be holding group sessions, so look out when you're walking around the Healing Garden over the weekend.

Wellbeing with Catherine

Catherine has been developing her skills in order to hold space for wellbeing at it’s best since 1995 - for mind and body, offering heart felt and person centred space for you to truly gain wellbeing.

Using advance techniques, mindful meditation and Weleda Products, a delight for all your senses

Catherine will offer Weleda Facials and Reflexology - why not combine the two for an ultimate hour of rest

Michael Stone was Catherine's instructor for many years, 'remember to return to the breath' being his mantra and something she remembers to help others with each session she holds space for, whether for individuals for group sessions

Available Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday mornings

Colette has been a massage therapist and reflexologist since 2003 and with the End of the Road team since 2007. Expert in many different modalities, studied in England, Thailand and India, with an approach for tailor made treatments, looking at postural, muscular and environmental stresses and imbalances, compassionate and holistic so as to address effectively the root cause of possible tension and chronic pain in the body. She would be delighted to offer you a bespoke treatment that will deeply relax you and help you reconnect with yourself.

And if you just need somewhere away from the hustle and bustle you are more than welcome to come and just sit and chat or wonder around the garden over the weekend.
