Cath’s Capes

And a chance to find ‘your inner hero’ in the making

Home of The Comforter Project On location at End of the Road, waiting for the Healing Garden Crew to arrive, what else do I do to use the time productively? Shelter under a tree and crochet, and to be told “do you know how cute you look right now” by a colleague directing traffic – happy memories. You’ll often find me with yarn in hand, crochet hook or knitting needles twitching away. I tend to follow a flow and allow patterns to emerge, sometimes as it comes and therefore pulling back to get the design right. Creating, as with life, sometimes means taking a step back in order to move forward. And out of this creative impulse Cath’s Capes has been created. I’m hoping it will inspire others to find their impulses for creativity, and to make beautiful things to wear too.  Launched in January 2025 The Comforter Project aims to help those in need and we welcome you to join us
