Due to the nature of Catherine’s practise, treatments are booked in advance by appointment only and if you are presenting with any medical conditions you may want to have a pre – appointment consultation

Catherine offers this through the following therapies:

• Holistic Massage with advanced techniques for Oncology, Simple Lymphatic Drainage, Myo-fascial Release brought together in an Holistic Practice for tailored touch.
  
• Reflexology – carried out on the feet, classed as an holistic therapy as treats the whole person, not just the specific symptom
  
• Natural Facials – using Neal’s Yard and Weleda products, using precise massage movements to stimulate and support vitality
  
• Hot Stone and Warm Bamboo – deep tissue techniques to release muscle tension and to soothe the soul with warming comfort
  
• Reiki Energy Healing may help with stress reduction, relaxation, pain management, and promoting a sense of well-being. Developed in Japan as a practice of energy work and non-invasive therapeutic touch and rebalance the body, mind and spirit.

All appointments are curated to your specific requirements, and can include Body Massage, Sacred Touch (Healing), Reflexology (Feet), Facial and Head, Neck and Shoulders.

Pricing:

• 1st Appointment: £65 per hour
• Follow up Appointments: £55 per hour
• 1.5 hour appointment, recommended for Hot Stone Massage or those wanting extra time – £85 per session
  
• Home Visits: on request depending on location: £75 ph x total appointment time, including set up and change over timing, discounts available on request and for additional bookings or longer sessions

Group bookings for regular or special occasions can be organised, curated to your requirement
