Bringing it all together
“making potions from rose petals and making infused mud with lavender, i guess i’ve always been bringing it together since i was a kid”
Catherine , Creative Director of Prime Wellbeing Foundation
Catherine started to professionally qualify her ‘inner knowing’ in 1995 with an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage, loving the biology of our bodies as much as how to support them with manual therapies. Later studying such techniques as myo-fascial release, truly realising those early impulses for therapeutic touch for compassionate conversations.
In 2025, celebrating 30 years, Catherine’s Curated Therapeutics initiatives align your need to the skills in our collective toolbox, drawn from 25 years of working in community with colleagues.
” i have been saying “and compassionate conversations” as part of what I offer clients, although i can see now that the gift of therapeutic touch gives an invitation to have those internal compassionate conversations with ourselves.
Time on the couch in silence gives us that chance. Yeh, that’s what my practice is about, giving you the invitation to have your own internal compassionate conversation”
Whether it’s on location at a music festival, working from a hotel spa or attending a patient in hospital, Curated Therapeutics is about tailor making the experience to what you need at the time you need it.
